Shipping (Delivery) Information

 We deliver to all valid UK post codes which include Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and the Scottish Highlands.

 All items are dispatched same day if ordered before 1 PM. Please note that payment must be received and cleared by 1 PM to qualify for same day dispatch. Any orders received after 1PM will be processed on the following working day. Any orders received on Friday after 1 PM or the weekend will be process on the following Monday.

 Returns Policy 

Reference in this Returns Policy to: "we" and "us" are to YellowMellon; "Products" are to products listed on our website www.YellowMellon.com ("Website"); and "Contract" are to the contract between you and us in respect of the sale of Products via our website. Each time you make a purchase of Product(s) via our website, you enter into a contract with us. If you buy a number of products in one order to be delivered to the same address, the Contract shall conver all the products in that order. if you order products to be delivered to different delivery addresses, there shall be a separate contract in place in respect of each delivery address and each contract shall conver all the products being delivered to that address. for further information about the contract, please read our Terms and Conditions.

If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, Yellow Mellon will reimburse the return shipping charges. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please contact us for approval before returning any items as failure to do so will result in delays to the process. Buyer is responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please note that all postage costs relating to the return or exchange of items that do not fit must be covered by the buyer. Unless indicated in our listings, all products are standard size. If you are unsure which size to buy please contact us before placing an order. 

 1. Cancellation of the contract

 If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel your Contract with us at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the Product(s) which are the subject of the Contract ("Cooling-Off Period").

 In order to cancel your Contract, you must notify us in writing at one of the addresses set out in clause 7 within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period and then return the Product(s) to us in accordance with clause 4 below.

Please note that in order to cancel your Contract, you must return all the Products that were covered by the order. You must take reasonable care of the Products that you wish to cancel and not use or wear them.

 2. Returning the parcel

 Repack the item in its original packaging

  • Enclose a note inside with reasons for return.
  • Write our return department address: Bloomingdales Retail Ltd, Unit 15, 50 Derby Street, Manchester, M8 8HF, England, United Kingdom.
  • Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting
  • Keep your Certificate of Postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.


Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).
